    Are you looking to kick-start a successful consultancy career in the Financial IT industry?

    We have vacancies for highly motivated graduates with excellent communication skills to join our expanding Consultancy team in our London and Birmingham Office. You will work with our clients to ensure that our core Figaro and Neon products deliver maximum value by providing operational day-to-day support to the client as well as consulting advisory services.

    Person requirements:

    The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a positive “can do” attitude and have strong self-management and interpersonal skills. You will enjoy working as part of a team and have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.  A high level of computer literacy is essential, as you will need to be able to investigate and problem solve technical issues.  You will also need to be able to present your results professionally using tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.  Strong communication skills are important because you will need to work closely with clients and our staff and relate to people at all levels within organisations.

    Qualification and experience requirements:

    We are looking for graduates with a 2:1 or higher degree and who have a good command of the English language, with both excellent verbal and written English.

    Candidates must have strong analytical skills, good attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. They will be confident, out-going people with an interest in helping others, taking pride in what they do and be enthusiastic about learning about the investment and wealth management sector.

    Previous experience in a customer-facing job, even part time or on a voluntary basis, is desirable.

    No prior experience in consulting activities is required.

    Career Journey:

    Your training programme will cover all aspects of the role including training in the investment management industry, our core Figaro and Neon software products, how our clients use the products, and how to identify issues and resolve them.  This will enable you to assist and provide day-to-day business product support to our clients.   

    As time progresses, and so does your experience, you could be promoted to leading an onsite team, gathering and elucidating business requirements as a Business Analysis or providing Consultancy to our clients.
